Eureka Math² California Edition presents mathematics learning as a coherent story, leveraging connections between concepts and big ideas to support deep conceptual understanding. Although each module is centered around its own big idea, lessons give students many opportunities to make connections to the content of other modules and content areas.
Every lesson in Eureka Math² California Edition contains a language objective and research-based supports to help all students, including multilingual learners, engage with the curriculum’s language rich, discourse-based lessons.
The 2024 California Mathematics Framework calls for greater emphasis on data science. Lessons help students build a conceptual understanding of data and statistics. Educators who use Eureka Math² California Edition also have access to supplemental data science materials that help students make sense of data in real-world contexts and use data to make decisions.

- $40 per student if adopting SBOE-approved curriculum instructional materials
- Additional $20 per student for printing SBOE-approved open education resource (OER) materials

Bluebonnet Learning K–5 Math includes all new instructional materials built on the foundation of the Eureka Math TEKS Edition program by Great Minds.
Bluebonnet Learning K–5 Math features the same research-based instructional design and structure, level of rigor, and programmatic materials, but with new resources and significant improvements based on years of teacher and administrator feedback, including:
- consolidated instructional days (from 180 days to 165),
- content fully aligned to the TEKS that no longer requires supplemental resources,
- STAAR-aligned and formatted assessments,
- Additional Days School Year (ADSY) modules to support addressing specific student needs,
- age-appropriate terminology aligned with the TEKS and STAAR, and much more.

- Instructional Materials & Technology Allotment (IMTA)

- +$15.58 per EB student
- New House Bill 1605 Funding
- $40 per student for SBOE-approved instructional materials
- Additional $20 per student for printing SBOE-approved OER materials
With the total allotment for the 2024 and 2025 biennium, including new state aid, adopting Bluebonnet Learning K–5 Math unlocks the most amount of funding available for districts totaling $275.41 per student.
